Eirini Bompolou

I have a B.A. in English and Greek Language and Literature (University of Athens) and a M.ed. in TESOL (Hellenic Open University). I have been teaching English for about 20 years in the Greek Secondary Education and I am currently appointed at the 1st Experimental Middle School of Athens, which is situated in the area of Plaka, in the city centre. I have been involved in environmental education and cultural projects as well as in many etwinning and Erasmus+  projects and my scientific interests include using technology in the EFL classroom (interactive whiteboards, LMS platforms, web 2 tools etc), alternative assessment and Adult Education. I am an accredited Adult Education teacher and I have been a volunteer teacher trainer in online seminars. I speak English and French fluently and I can also communicate in German and Spanish. I am the proud mother of two sons and in my free time I love hiking and cycling and I enjoy listening to music, reading literature and watching theatrical performances or films.
