Her current positions are project manager at the Pedagogical Innovation Centre at Casa do Professor and Senior HR Technician at the Training and Quality Service of Vila Verde Municipality. Elisabete has a master’s degree in Community Policies and Territorial Cooperation from the School of Economics and Management at the University of Minho. She is a qualified Portuguese Teacher for the 3rd cycle and at secondary level. Elisabete has coordinated vocational training courses which are a part of the Operational Programs Portugal 2020 and POISE. She has supported the implementation of the EQAVET SGQ in Vocational Schools and coordinated Modular Training and Apprenticeship courses for young people and adults. She was also a trainer in both vocational and educational training courses for adults.
