Graduated in Teaching Portuguese and English, with an internship integrated by the Universidade do Minho and Master in Pedagogical Supervision in Teaching Portuguese, by the same University. She is a trainer accredited by the CCPFC, since July 10, 2000. Since 2017, she has collaborated with the newspaper Correio do Minho, where she publishes articles in Portuguese. She founded and manages a discussion group on Facebook, entitled “Doubts shared about Grammar”.
Has been giving several lectures at the invitation of schools and/or other institutions regarding the 1990 Orthographic Agreement; homework; the Terminological Dictionary; the Curriculum Goals. Collaborated in the organization and dynamization of Scientific Meetings, being a member of the Organizing Committee of the Challenges’ 99 and 2001 Conferences, carried out by Projeto Nónio of the Universidade do Minho and moderator in some colloquiums, conferences, debates and presentation of books organized by Projeto Nónio of the Universidade do Minho and the schools where she taught.
Presented some communications at International Conferences and Congresses, namely: “The New Technologies in Learning – A Case Study in Added Pedagogical Support Classes” and “The ICT in Portugal: what Directions?” (1999), Papers presented at Challenges’99/Desafios’99 – II International Conference – ICT in Education; and Communication: “A Contribution to the Study of ICT Diffusion in Schools with Project Nónio” (2000) presented at the V Galician-Portuguese Congress of Psychopedagoxia.
