Aurelia Schera is a project manager at CESIE, where she oversees various Erasmus+ Key Action 2 (K2) projects. Her responsibilities include managing projects that focus on creating creative learning opportunities in elementary and middle schools, promoting the leadership of young women in sustainable collaborative communities, and supporting young entrepreneurs in adopting sustainable development goals through a peer certification system.
With over a year of experience in European planning, Aurelia has worked on managing Erasmus+ projects for other organizations, with a specific focus on inclusive education and active citizenship. She has also been involved in the establishment of a training hub for an Interreg MED Italy-Tunisia project and has supervised a U.I.A project and a Horizon project for the Municipality of Bologna.
Aurelia holds a master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Bologna. She has also completed a second-level master’s degree program at the Department of Philosophy of Roma Tre. Her academic background and extensive project management experience contribute to her expertise in promoting innovative and sustainable initiatives in the education field.
