The 5th Transnational Meeting (TM) of the LOOP project took place at Colégio João Paulo II in Braga, Portugal. On July 5th, 2023, representatives from all partner institutions gathered to discuss project management, updates on specific objectives, dissemination plans, and the final report, fostering collaboration and ensuring the project’s continued success.
The meeting began with a comprehensive overview of the project’s progress, including updates on financial matters, reports, and timesheets. Casa do Professor led this session, providing a clear understanding of the project’s overall direction and current status.
Following that, the focus shifted to specific Intellectual Outputs (IOs) of the project. Casa do Professor presented the developments made regarding “IO2 – Toolkit for Mentoring,” outlining objectives achieved and tasks completed. All partners actively engaged in the discussion, ensuring that the toolkit aligns with the project’s goals.
Next, “IO3 – Loop Provider for Better Outcomes” was presented by Ethniko Kai Kapodistriako Panepistimio Athinon. The update on objectives and completed tasks demonstrated the project’s dedication to improving educational outcomes through innovative approaches.

Dissemination and quality planning were key areas of discussion during the meeting. Casa do Professor and Ethniko Kai Kapodistriako Panepistimio Athinon showcased the activities developed and organized, such as Unconferences and the upcoming International Conference. All partners participated in constructive discussions, offering valuable insights to enhance the dissemination strategy and ensure maximum outreach and impact.
In the latter part of the TM, the partners focused on the final report. Each partner institution contributed their insights and achievements, ensuring a comprehensive and accurate representation of the project’s outcomes. The meeting concluded on a positive note, with warm greetings exchanged among all participants.
The 5th Transnational Meeting of LOOP showcased the commitment and dedication of all partner institutions in achieving the project’s objectives. Through effective project management, updates, and collaborative discussions, the meeting strengthened the project’s foundation and set the stage for further progress.
